Banteay Srei: Citadel of the Women - “Citadel of Beauty”
Our landmark photo was taken in 2000 when we first began designing and producing purses in the countryside of Phnom Penh. This is the famous Banteay Srei Temple well before all the tourists that made this a top destination in Cambodia. Back then it was just a quiet and special place to enjoy a period of tranquility and meaning for our purse makers who all made the trip from our home base. Our purses would go on to be shipped, appreciated, and even imitated worldwide, sales which continue to this day.
